Directions to the Anchorage Alaska Center
 

The Anchorage Alaska Center is located in the historic Old Federal Building at the corner of 4th and F Street in downtown Anchorage.  The address is 605 West 4th Avenue, Suite 105, Anchorage AK 99501

The Anchorage APLIC is located directly across from the 4th Avenue Theater and diagonally across from the log cabin visitor center (run by the Anchorage Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Special Considerations:  Please bring a picture ID for entrance to the Old Federal Building.

From the Airport:

Head northeast on West International Airport Road. Take the Minnesota Drive North exit ramp towards downtown Anchorage. After Minnesota Drive turns into I street, turn right on 4th Ave. Follow 4th Avenue for two blocks. The Alaska Public Lands Information Center is located on the left hand side of 4th Avenue.

From the South (Seward):

Head north on the New Seward Highway toward downtown Anchorage. Turn left on 5th Avenue. Follow 5th Avenue for six blocks to A Street. Turn right on A street. Follow A Street for one block. Turn left on 4th Avenue. Follow 4th Avenue for six blocks. The Alaska Public Lands Information Center is located on the right hand side of 4th Avenue.

From the South (Midtown Anchorage):

Head north on A street toward downtown Anchorage. Turn left on 4th Avenue. Follow 4th Avenue for six blocks. The Alaska Public Lands Information Centers is located on the right hand side of 4th Avenue.

From the North (Eagle River):

Head south on the Glenn Highway. After the Glen Highway turns into 5th Avenue, turn right on A Street. Follow A street for one block. Turn left on 4th Avenue. Follow 4th Avenue for six blocks. The Alaska Public Lands Information Center is located on the right hand side of 4th Avenue.
